Korean artist PSY has gotten over 220 million views of his addictive pop song “Gangnam Style,” and I think that earns him a spot in the Halloween Hall of Fame. All you need to pull off the costume is a colorful tuxedo jacket, bow-tie, some sweet black shades, a Doo-Wop wig, saddle shoes, a pony on a stick and AMAZING dance skills. Now you’re ready to do it Gangnam Style all night long!
