Rent The Runway is the go-to site for New Year’s Eve parties, high school reunions and birthday bashes but they never dominated the bridal market-until now. Though the rental site technically added bridal accessories last summer, their revamped wedding section now boasts everything a bride needs for her special ceremony: ball gowns, jewelry, veils, reception dresses and more, all starting at $10.
Though some women want to hold on to their wedding gown for sentimental reasons, we’re all about renting bridal fashion. We’d much rather get married in designers like Oscar de la Renta, Ben-Amun, Vera Wang and Badgley Mischka (for under $200!) than let thousands of dollars collect dust hanging in our closets. Do you agree? Would you rent your wedding dress? Let us know in the comments below!
