When it comes to eating, don’t rule out carbs for the Hadid sisters.
Sure, Gigi and Bella Hadid might be two of the biggest models in the world right now, but that doesn’t mean they eat clean 24/7–it’s actually refreshing to know that the two girls enjoy pizza and sugary cereals from time-to-time, just like you and me.
Here’s a breakdown of what each of them actually eats on a daily basis:
Bella Hadid
Let’s start with Bella because I feel like Gigi always gets to go first as the oldest child. It’s your time to shine, Bella!
As we reported before, Bella is a fan of the “pizza” diet. “I promise you, it’s like every day,” she told WWD. OK, we do actually believe her after taking one quick glance at her Instagram feed.

But that can’t be what the model eats all day every day! Jokes on us, cause it’s not. One writer from Byride consulted Bella’s nutritionist, Dr. Charles Passler, for a diet plan and it sounds downright depressing. It’s literally just protein bars/shakes, steamed veggies, soup and lots of supplements. Hopefully Bella balances this regimen with lots and lots of p-i-z-z-a.
Gigi Hadid
Now for Gigi with the “award-winning” burger recipe (this should be good!). “In the fridge, I always have Evian, soda, orange juice, and lemonade,” the model revealed to Self. “Then, I have my favorite snacks like salami, chips, hummus, carrots, and fruit.” Sounds pretty normal! But one can not live off of just snacks, right? “If I don’t have milk and bread and eggs; then, I can’t deal.” Same!! Wait, is this the fridge of every twentysomething or…
Gigi also admitted that she loves a good bread basket when she’s on the road for work and treats herself to Lucky Charms and Froot Loops at home.
