My mom ran a marathon once wearing no bra.  As a fellow runner this idea horrifies me.  Granted, my mother has a tiny bust even smaller then my own A cup, but even still that is 26.2 miles of swaying, chafing, and a lot more gruesome adjectives.  Well if you’ve ever wondered just what your own breasts look like in freefalling motion (and if you are like me, you certainly never have and really don’t care to imagine it) then check out the shock absorber website. 
British bra brand, Shock Absorber, apparently is on a mission to stop women from inadvertently damaging their breasts when they exercise without proper support.  However, the site uses a personalized cg pictorial to make their point to a grotesque extreme.  All you have to do is click on the “Bounce-ometer” (which should be a signal in itself that things are going to get graphic), enter in your own cup size and your level of activity from light for the yoga-doers to extreme for my fellow runners.  Then the site creates a totally unnecessary model of what your boobs might look like if you were engaged in your exercise activity of choice with no bra on, and then plays the simulation over and over again.  Lucky me who was sitting in a crowded coffee shop when I visited the website.  I guess my screams of horror didn’t help draw attention away from the mesmerizing yet completely unsettling images on my computer screen.  However, if you can make it past the bounding boobs, some of their sportsbras do look sort of cool (like this nifty multi-colored one above.)
