Tory Burch used to be all about those Reva ballet flats. And while the petite blonde designer is still cranking out new versions of her now-iconic shoes, she's got a whole line of preppy-chic handbags, dresses, slacks and tops to go along with them. These three tops are resort ready and perfect for all those weekend getaways that are sure to crop up once the weather gets gorgeous.
This Betty georgette halter ($177, was $295) has a 1920s vibe, with a flapperish neckline and a big sequined bow standing in as a modern day equivalent of a long strand of pearls. The geometrical pattern of black and gray diamonds may leave onlookers feeling a bit dizzy, but don't you always want people to swoon when they look at you?
A beaded scoop neck tunic ($237, was $395) in neapolitan hues of chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry is the perfect partner for clean white trousers and so-high wooden wedges. Tory repurposes the popular clover pattern (a Van Cleef and Arpels signature that's been… um, borrowed by jewelry designers from Heidi Klum on down) for her textiles, and adds a mod flowers-and-filigree border to balance out the silver beaded neckline.
We were all jonesing for the sequined Tory Burch shift Serena Van der Woodsen sported in Gossip Girl's pilot. Now there's a shirt version, in this boat neck sequined tunic ($357, was $595). A fabulous alternative to the little black dress, this three-quarter sleeve top is so shiny and eye catching that you won't need to dress it up with a lot of jewelry. Just pair it with black pants and go!

Is there anyone out there who doesn't wish they were like Gwen Stefani...just a little bit? She's got a gorgeous family, a killer sense of style, and a rockin' career, and she still seems like the kind of girl who would be super fun to kick back and grab a beer with. When she introduced her L.A.M.B. line of clothing, shoes, and handbags, it became possible to get a little piece of Gwen, and now that some of her fab pieces are on sale, it's even easier to emulate fashion's favorite punk rock princess.
Pair this houndstooth-patterned scoop neck sweater ($158, was $265) with black slacks and pearls for a preppy professional look. Or match it with jeans and funky colored jewelry for a weekend date. Or go all-out alt with a poufy pink skirt… the possibilities are endless.
Masculine meets feminine in these pinstriped Daran pumps ($223, was $335). A hidden platform and sexy peep toe make these pinup-girl cute, but the suiting pattern fashioned from tiny chain link "stripes" show that you mean business.
Just because it's raining doesn't mean you have to sacrifice your look. Beat those April showers with this glossy leopard print bomber ($229, $385), a funky, modernized take on a Members Only jacket that will keep you dry and stylish. Even when the sun is shining, this hoodie with three-quarter cuffs will be something you'll want to grab every time you head out the door.

Nautical clothing is such a timeless trend that no matter if it's in this season and out the next, it's sure to be back again soon. This season it's in. Lindsay takes it to the extreme with double nautical styles. And check out Selma looking like a pirate in her nautical top and head scarf. Style-star Posh has to be seen in every fashion trend every season - so of course here she is in sailor chic.
When I buy nautical inspired clothing, I tend to have less buyer's remorse than on other fads because I know I will eventually get my money's worth. But if you're still not sure how the look will fit in with your personal style, check out three great striped tops that won't make waves in your bank account. You can afford to wear these once and never again if you so choose.
This American Living tee ($20) throws out a bit of flair with a red trim at the neckline and shoulders and an embroidered log at the hip. Follow La-Lohan's style and scoop up this striped tank at Old Navy for just $8.50. Another chic option is this slub cami from the Gap ($16.50). If you're looking to really splurge on this trend, then the Vince Rugby top ($78) is for you. There's also this great Katie Sweater Jacket ($90) that's framed by a romantic little ruffle at the cuffs and hem. Or if you want to shell out for a luxe cami, we suggest the Graham & Spencer wide-striped top ($110).

So I ducked into the Gap yesterday to check out the new designs for the store's Deluxe White Shirt Collection. I must say, they were very.... white. They weren't bad - actually some were quite well designed: innovative, modern, simple yet chic. But as I was perusing each piece I couldn't get over how white they were. Which led me to ponder how one could actually wear one without becoming a walking billboard for the Gap's collection. Worn the wrong way, these shirts will wear you, no doubt. So below are my 3 faves of the group with some options for how to diffuse the brightness of the situation. The bib detail on this Phillip Lim shirt ($78) makes it tricky to style. You want to stay away from throwing anything over it, like a jacket or cardigan, because this will hide the ruffles. And keep your necklace at home since this too will compete with the front detail of the shirt. The best complementary option is to add a modern belt like this Marc by Marc Jacobs clasp belt ($228). This will cinch the waist, and give you a chic, professional look.
This breezy Patchwork shirt by Band of Outsiders ($88) is a great casual take on the classic white shirt. Throw on a crisp black blazer ($263), and you'll have a hot combination of modern and laid back. This simple cutout dress by Three AsFour ($88) provides the perfect white backdrop for a standout necklace. A piece by Subversive for Target is a great choice, and when paired with some chic summer gladiators, you can't go wrong.

We've always adored Sweden's Acne Jeans for their impeccably chic (albeit ridiculously expensive) denim: ultra-modern skinny jeans, flattering boho style wide-leg pants, and classic bootcuts all in a variety of rich washes. But we didn't realize just how fabulous their other clothing was - from flirty dresses to fetching shoes and accessories, this brand has a permanent spot at the top of our list. And now you can own some hot pieces for up to half off their original prices - what a steal.
This Acne Jaunty Top ($91, was $129) is the perfect color for spring, and can be paired with any one of the brand's jeans for a flirty laissez-faire look.
Tired of your LBD? Try something a little different, like this Notorious Dress ($181, was $259) whose modern cut and funky material make it anything but boring.
How about some hardware for your heels? These Jeanine Strappies ($125, were $500) have actual silver nuts attached to them - you know, the kind you find at Home Depot. Leave it to the Swedes to think outside the box. And by the way - they're marked down from $500! More deals you can get right now:

Category: Fashion Tops Good Question
From a SheFinds Reader: What would be cute to wear with my new white jeans?
Answer: Kudos to you for getting gutsy and jumping on one of the freshest resurrected trends of the season. Of course, the key thing you must always wear with white jeans is the right attitude. Walk tall knowing your white denims don't live up to the negative publicity of making you look wider, and laugh in the face of the inevitable spill, pen mark, or other defacing oopsie — they're bound to happen, but constantly being on the lookout will give you away as under-confident.
That said, feel lucky that you're wearing white jeans in a season of brights. While jewel and citrus tones will pop prettily against your white jeans, you can overdo it in the color department, so be aware that you don't have blend-into-the-background blue jeans to take your outfit down a notch. With that in mind, try variations on these trends, and you should be in the clear. Boho chic: Pick patterned tunics and flowy tops that hit about mid-hip. The busy graphics will keep the eye moving (so it won't land on that aforementioned pen mark) and will downplay the starkness white jeans can take on. Catherine Malandrino's black-and-white cami ($375) would look phenomenal with bold jewelry. The Maia tunic ($68) from Anthropologie is just the right mix of flower girl and party girl; the cobalt blue will really pop against white. And Gap's girly paisley print scoop neck tank ($44.50) is delicate and feminine. Break it up all that white with a brown belt if you really want to pull the hippie chick look off to perfection.
Pretty Preppy: You've heard of tennis whites, right? Think of your jeans as a less sporty version of the country club staple. Opt for J. Crew's smart cashmere short-sleeved sweater ($148) in ice cream colored argyle. Or go sweet and innocent with Banana Republic's periwinkle ruffle front blouse ($58). A crisp black jacket ($128) is so chic and stylish - especially when paired with contrasting white. Wear it for drinks with the ladies or out to a power lunch.
Of course, no matter which style you opt for, there's one accessory no white-jeans-wearing gal should leave home without: her nude thong. Felina's Hint of Skin G-kini (3 for $24) will ensure that you look long and lean, not lumpy.

The term "tube top" scares us a bit, evoking images of under-dressed 'tweens and bare midriffs. But in more elegant incarnations, strapless tops can be a lovely way to showcase toned shoulders or a great necklace. And the slightly billowy versions do wonders for hiding a not-quite-flat tummy while drawing attention up, towards your face and collarbone. Below, three flattering strapless tops that do not correlate with dangly belly button rings. This Silk Tube Top ($145) is ruched at the waist to add some structure to the long, flowy cut.
Old Navy’s Keyhole Tube Top ($14.50) has a relaxed, blousy fit; the cutout at the top shows just a peek of skin.
This Embroidered Tube Top ($188) has a structured bust that lends some support and a flattering empire waist. The detail at the bottom is a subtle way to sport the season’s ethnic-embroidery trend.
