The Best Time Of Day To Eat If You Want A Flat Stomach, According To A Nutritionist

It’s flat stomach season, which only means one thing: it's time to get into shape! In our efforts to get a flatter stomach, issues seem to continuously pop up. Am I the only one dealing with obstacles to #bodygoals? No, probably not and neither are you.

Breakfast

You should eat a hearty breakfast a little bit after 7 am, the earlier the better since it is the most important meal of the day.

Lunch

Lunch should be slightly lighter than breakfast and eaten a little past noon.

Dinner

The lightest meal of them all, dinner, should be eaten between 6 and 6:30, but no later than 7 PM.
