Congratulations are in order! Actress Dakota Johnson won her first People’s Choice Award last night for Favorite Dramatic Actress.
The 50 Shades of Grey star looked stunning in a sequined crop top and floor-length skirt — but it maybe wasn’t the most practical outfit choice. When Johnson rose to accept her award from presenters Leslie Mann and Alison Brie, she had a bit of a hiccup with the ensemble. After hugging Mann onstage, Johnson grasped the back of her top, announcing to the audience, “Leslie just broke my dress.” No hard feelings, though, Johnson kept up her winner’s momentum, adding a joke about her role in the S & M themed 50 Shades of Grey, ” Well, it’s not like nobody here hasn’t already seen my boobs.”

Johnson went on to thank her cast and crew, adding a shout-out to co-star Jamie Dornan and concluding her speech with a nervous, “That’s it. I don’t know. Bye. Thank you!” Great acceptance speech, Dakota! Here’s to many more!
