Superluminous™ Serum Concealer, $15 for members, $38 for non-members
Let me start off by saying that I am a concealer snob. I’ve always had issues with dark circles under my eyes and have tried just about everything and anything to help diminish them. What interested me most about this concealer was that it is technically half makeup and half skincare. It uses hyaluronic acid which helps to moisturize and visibly plump my under-eye area and it also helps improve the appearance of dark shadows and fine lines. The Superluminous Serum Concealer is available in eight shades from Fair to Deep Dark and I used the Light Medium shade. After applying my foundation, I grabbed this concealer and applied a few dots along my under-eyes and began blending in with a concealer brush. I was immediately amazed at how easily the formula blended into my skin and how lightweight it felt. A little goes a long way and I felt like my under-eyes looked a little brighter, but not too shiny or illuminated. It definitely gave great coverage and left me looking more well rested!
A tinted moisturizer is something that has been on my makeup list for a while now. I don’t love products with high coverage, so I was excited to find out that this product offers light coverage but gives your skin a dewy and hydrated look. Similar to the Superluminous Serum Concealer, it is available in eight shades from Fair to Deep Dark and is suitable for all skin tones and types. It contains hyaluronic acid, tripeptide 5 and collagen amino acids making it a healthy option for your skin. I started by applying a few dots of the product down the center of my face then grabbed my foundation brush and began blending outwards. After just a few strokes, I felt my skin was becoming more hydrated and dewier. After I finished blending the product across my entire face, I was shocked to see that my skin looked smooth and radiant. It looked like I wasn’t wearing any makeup at all! If you are going for a no-makeup look, this product will certainly help you achieve that. I felt like my skin looked flawless and poreless, which is not something I am used to.
