With the name “Watertone”, it’s not surprising that this liquid foundation is very liquidy. Honestly, I love it. It doesn’t look cakey or thick. It is a lighter coverage, but it’s definitely buildable. Personally, I use it to even out my skin tone and then just use a concealer on any trouble spots and it looks AMAZING.
Tips For Application
You can apply this foundation with a makeup brush, a makeup sponge, or even your fingers! I like to use my hands and fingers (I feel like I have more control over the product), then dab a beauty sponge over my whole face to make sure there aren’t any harsh lines or streaks.

This foundation does have a pretty strong fragrance, which fades throughout the day, so if you’re sensitive to that, just be aware. Honestly, I really like the smell—it’s not gross or super makeup-y, if you know what I mean. It smells more like a perfume and it makes me feel fancy and kinda yummy (I don’t really know how else to describe it).
