As summer approaches, many individuals are eager to shed winter layers and get in shape for the warmer months. While adopting a healthy diet and exercise routine is essential for achieving fitness goals, some may overlook the impact of their daily coffee habits. Most coffees are known for their high-calorie sweeteners, whipped toppings, and caramel drizzles, but, fortunately, they can also be a helpful ally in weight loss efforts, particularly when choosing low-calorie options.
TikTok creator Logan Polk (@loganpolk.fit), who has over 140K followers on the app and posts health and fitness content, recently shared her viral Starbucks coffee order that’s around 100 calories and “tastes like cinnamon toast crunch.” Sign us up!

100-Calorie Cinnamon Toast Crunch Coffee
Logan starts by saying how she’s on the path to get “absolutely snatched by summer” but can’t give up her coffee habit. “You should definitely try this [coffee] because this one is so sweet and it tastes like cinnamon toast crunch,” she says.
The 100-calorie order consists of a “grande cold brew with one pump of cinnamon caramel syrup, one pump of white mocha, two stevia, a splash of cream, and extra cinnamon.” That’s it!
So, what makes this specific order healthier? Cold-brew coffee is a great choice as it’s naturally lower in acidity and bitterness compared to hot-brewed coffee. It’s also typically served black, which means it’s very low in calories.
While flavored syrups can add sweetness and flavor to your coffee, they can also pack a lot of calories and sugar. By opting for just one pump of cinnamon caramel syrup, you’re adding flavor without going overboard on calories. Similarly, white mocha syrup adds a creamy, chocolatey flavor to your coffee. Again, opting for just one pump helps keep the calorie count down while still satisfying your sweet tooth.
Stevia is a natural, zero-calorie sweetener derived from the leaves of the Stevia rebaudiana plant. Using stevia instead of sugar helps keep the coffee sweet without adding extra calories. Cinnamon is a low-calorie way to boost flavor and can also provide some health benefits, such as helping regulate blood sugar levels.
Logan stresses that although she has shared plenty of healthy drinks on her page, this is the one you won’t want to miss, expressing, “I need this every day.”
