We spoke with Rahul Malpe, certified nutritionist, to learn about four fall sweet treats that can be enjoyed without worrying too much about weight gain. Malpe shared that pumpkin spice chia pudding, baked cinnamon apple slices, pear and almond butter toast, and roasted sweet potato bites with a light drizzle of honey are some of the best snacks you can munch on!
