Whipping up a stir-fry meal is a surefire way to ensure you're getting all of the healthy foods you need in one dish — without using and dirtying up 100 different pots and pans. Stir-fry meals can also help you lose weight, thanks to how easy they are to make (which will fend off the temptation to order out on busy nights), as well as the fact that you can switch out ingredients and sauces to keep you from getting bored.
