Kylie Jenner arrived in style at the launch party for her new fragrance, Cosmic last month, wearing a striking scarlet gown with a cutout design that accentuated her curves and figure. The reality star, 26, shared three pictures of herself in the ruby red backless dress on Instagram on March 14th, garnering admiration from her millions of followers.

However, some fans expressed concern over Jenner’s “depressed” or “sullen” look in the shots, mentioning her alleged weight loss, with speculation about her use of drugs like Ozempic or cosmetic procedures.

To address concerns like these, a board-certified plastic surgeon on TikTok explained how the Khy founder might have used fillers under her eyes recently, causing a difference in her usual appearance.

A Plastic Surgeon Breaks Down Kylie Jenner's Alleged Fillers Usage In Recent TikTok Video

In a post for his 242.8K followers, TikToker and cosmetic surgeon Dr. Ramtin Kassir responded to fans who were concerned about Jenner, and who accused the Kylie Cosmetics mogul of undergoing fillers. "What happened with Kylie Jenner's face right here?" Kassir asked while pointing to her under-eye area.

Kassir utilized footage of Jenner from the Jean Paul Gaultier haute couture spring-summer 2024 during Paris Fashion Week. As a video of the mom of two at the event played in the background, Kassir gestured again towards her under-eyes. "You'll notice there's this shadow in the shelf that draws your eye, so I think it's overfilling with fillers," he said.

The expert added: "If you put too much filler [under your eyes] or in any part of your cheeks, there are studies now that show that the lymphatics get blocked and the face just puffs out," he explained. Kassir went on: focusing again on her eyes, "there's a ligament here, also we call that the tear trough ligament that's also blocking the drainage of those fillers."

After playing a video of Jenner at the fashion show, Kassir concluded: "the bottom line is don't do too much fillers," he suggested. Regarding getting fillers or other procedures for anti-aging purposes like Jenner reportedly did, Kassir added: "Be judicious about it. When in doubt, wait."

Last month, Jenner sparked concerns after sharing photos of herself from her aforementioned Cosmic launch party, with some of her 400 million IG followers claiming she looked "depressed," "hungry" and "thinner." To complete her look for her perfume's party, Jenner added sleek white heels to go with her one-sleeve dress. She accessorized with minimal jewelry, opting for an earring cuff piece and shiny, thin bracelet. As for her glam, Jenner wore her raven tresses in an elegant updo, with loose strands framing her face.

For her makeup look, she rocked shimmering eyeshadow, voluminous lashes, rosy blush on her high cheekbones and a glossy, overlined pink pout. Jenner captioned her 3-part post: "out of this world. looooved this glam last night celebrating the launch of COSMIC." Fans headed to the upload's comments section to share their thoughts.

"You look absolutely sensational, my jaw dropped and this is your color," one wrote as another agreed, writing: "The red looks so good on you." Others, however, referenced the ongoing weight loss and Ozempic rumors. "Why she look like Depressed?" one wrote as another wrote back: "ozempic is making everyone hungry." Someone else chimed in: "you look lost" as one other added: "Is the lost gaze in fashion? Or angry with life?" Another replied: "she's hungry."

Earlier this year, rumors circulated that Jenner may have taken Ozempic to lose weight. Fans speculated after her ex Travis Scott (real name Jacques Webster), 32, released a song, "BACKR00MS" on January 1st which included lyrics that many believed were about Jenner.

In the song, Scott raps: "She doin' Ozempic, tryna be different, tryna be a new woman." The artist (who shares daughter Stormi, 6, and son Aire, 2, with Jenner) also croons: "That s—t look iffy, need her thick, needed her to move somethin' like it prove somethin' just don't you remove nothin.'"

While Jenner has yet to respond to these accusations herself, last month, Jenner's friend, influencer Yris Palmer, defended the reality star after a video of them dancing together sparked more fan speculation about Jenner's alleged weight loss and Ozempic usage.

Palmer, 33, took to TikTok to share a video of her and Jenner busting a move to Don Omar's chart-topping track "Dile". Both dressed in stylish all-black attire, Palmer sported a chic black minidress with gold earrings, while Jenner sported a black tube top and wide-legged pants.

Many focused on Jenner, speculating that she might be using Ozempic, typically prescribed for type 2 diabetes that is rumored to have off-label weight loss benefits. Nevertheless, Palmer stepped up to defend her friend. "Actually my friend is back to her pre-baby weight and looks amazing," Palmer replied to a commenter who claimed that Jenner lost a significant amount of weight recently.
