Adele has gone through quite the transformation this year.
The 32-year-old has lost close to 100 pounds, and her face has started looking different now too with many people saying that her slimmed-down appearance is almost unrecognizable.
Although the singer might have started resembling Sarah Paulson in recent months (at least according to her fans), she definitely still looks like herself too.

Fans seemed to think that plastic surgery might have played a role in Adele’s transformation.
One commented, “She’s had work on her nose and lips. But she looks fantastic in both! Her smile is adorable!”
Another wrote, “Nose. And most likely also lips. Her upper lip looks different. And it’s not makeup.”
However, some fans came to Adele's defense.
One replied, "IDK if you know but when you lose weight actually, your facial features change. I don't think she had a nose job."
Another commented, "Honestly, you could've chose better pictures. She has always been beautiful. She has such a pretty face but some pictures doesn't do her justice."
Although the singer has not commented on plastic surgery rumors, she has spoken out about her weight loss transformation.
While hosting SNL, Adele joked, "I know I look really, really different since you last saw me, but actually because of all the COVID restrictions and the travel bans, I had to travel light and only bring half of me, and this is the half that I chose."
It's unclear what caused Adele's facial transformation--whether it be weight loss or plastic sugery, but she definitely looks different.
Losing 100 pounds is bound to result in a very different appearance, and in Adele's case, it seems to have improved her confidence as well.
A fan who spoke to Adele after spotting her out to dinner told People: "She said she lost something like 100 pounds, and that it’s such a crazy positive experience. She seemed so happy, and she looked amazing. She seemed really confident."
