Adele has lost nearly 100 pounds, according to People magazine. The singer lost the weight since her split from ex-husband Simon Konecki in April 2019. Adele still has not commented publicly on her weight loss.

According to US Weekly, the singer exercises three times a week. She alternates between cross-training and Pilates. She’s also been following a “strict” diet by drinking and eating more real food.
Most people speculate that Adele’s weight loss is due to her breakup from her ex-husband.
