Dipping veggies in hummus can be a great, tasty way to satiate your cravings while staying on track with your health goals—but unfortunately for hummus lovers, a range of tasty dips from Al Amir Fresh Foods were just recalled, according to an FDA announcement.

Four Al Amir Fresh Dips have been recalled due to undeclared milk and sesame, which poses a serious risk to people with milk allergies and sensitivities. Find all the info—including what to do if you recently bought one of the recalled products—below.

Al Amir Fresh Dips Recalled for Undeclared Milk

Al Amir Fresh Foods, located in Milwaukie, Oregan, has issued a recall on four of their dips due to undeclared allergens. Three varieties of hummus contain undeclared sesame, while their Tzatziki Cucumber Yogurt contains undeclared milk.

"People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to sesame or milk run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products," the FDA warns.

The affected products were last distributed to retail stores in Oregon and Washington earlier this month. The dips are packaged in clear plastic containers with Al Amir labels on their clear lids. Recalled products are listed below.
