Alessandra Ambrosio recently dazzled her Instagram followers with a series of artistic black-and-white beach photos, flaunting her chiseled abs and impeccable figure.
The Brazilian supermodel, 43, sizzled in an embroidered patterned bikini, featuring a flirty low-cut top and skimpy bottoms. Captured by photographer Ermoshevich Sergei, Ambrosio’s radiant beachy look and luminous skin left fans in awe.

In the caption for her 12 million followers, Ambrosio wrote: "summer dream." Fans headed to the comments section to share their thoughts. "Mind-blowing, magnificent, mesmerizing," 0ne user wrote as another added: "You are perfect."
The former Victoria's Secret Angel wore her signature brunette tresses down for the shoot and accessorized her swim set with shimmering layered necklaces and bracelets.
Of course, this isn't the first time that Ambrosio has wowed fans with her sculpted physique. Back in 2017, Ambrosio sat down with Harper's Bazaar and chatted about her diet and workout routine when preparing for Victoria's Secret runway shows.
As for what she eats in a day, she shared: “It all depends on the day and if I am working on set or working from home. For breakfast I usually have eggs and/or avocado toast and after my work-out I usually grab a green juice followed by lunch where I usually have a salad along with some chicken or fish."
She continued: For dinner I might go for sushi, or grill Brazilian BBQ at home. I also have some nuts or a protein bar in my bag all the times in case I get hungry while I’m running around." Regarding her workouts, she explained that she gets active for about an "hour to an hour and a half a day." She went on: "If I’m going on a hike or playing volleyball with my friends it might be longer but I don’t usually spend more than hour and a half in the gym."
To keep her energy high, Ambrosio noted that she makes sure she eats "properly," stays "hydrated" and drinks "a lot of green tea.” She also pointed out that her glutes are a focal point of her many workouts. She also shared: "I love to do different classes and lately I have been doing Tracy Anderson Method because it’s fun and it feels more like a dance class than a work-out. But, at the same time, it’s great exercise as it targets all muscle groups."
