1. Bell peppers

Bell peppers are a fantastic, almost zero-calorie food that can support slimming down in a healthy, satisfying way. One cup of sliced bell peppers has only about 30–40 calories, making them perfect for snacking or bulking up meals without adding much to your daily intake. Bell peppers are about 90% water, helping you stay hydrated and feel full—two important factors for weight loss.

2. Shirataki Noodles

A full serving of shirataki noodles contains just 5–10 calories, making them an excellent substitute for traditional pasta or rice without the calorie load. These noodles are made from the konjac root, which is rich in glucomannan, a type of soluble fiber that expands in your stomach, helping you feel full for longer and reducing overall food intake.

3. Zucchini

With only about 20 calories per cup, zucchini is incredibly low in calories while still being satisfying. Thanks to its high water and fiber content, zucchini helps keep you full, aids digestion, and prevents overeating.
