Amal Clooney flawlessly showcased the trendy cherry red hue of the fall season with a chic monochromatic ensemble last week!

The human rights lawyer and style icon, 45, rocked a flirty, sequined dark crimson crop top and matching high-slit skirt while dining at Scalinatella in New York City.

She stepped out with her husband George Clooney, 62, and other family members for a night out in Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Amal added a sleek black leather jacket over her sparkly scarlet pieces and topped off her look with black, pointed toe stilettos.

The barrister carried a mini black clutch when leaving the Italian restaurant and wore her newly dyed brunette tresses with highlights down, parted to the side and styled into effortless loose waves.

As for her makeup look, the mom of two went for a shimmery smokey eye with subtle black liner, voluminous mascara, rosy blush on her high cheekbones and a glossy nude pout. Of course, this isn’t Amal’s first time wowing fans in an eye-catching red look.

Last spring, as many will recall, Amal proved that red is truly her color (even in a more fiery, bright shade!) when she donned a sheer red Sukeina midi dress that hugged her curves and highlighted her sculpted figure.

For that occasion in the Big Apple, Amal went out to dinner with her mother, Baria Alamuddin and sported a more vibrantly colored outfit.

The 'lady in red' dazzled up her dress even more with another black boxy clutch, shiny Gianvito Rossi heels, and glimmering drop earrings from W. Salamoon & Sons. She also added a red lip, too!
