Amal Clooney has always been the epitome of elegance; and she proved it once again when she stepped out in New York on Thursday, April 29th in a chic and totally dreamy red ensemble! We are obsessed!
The 44-year-old human rights activist was reportedly in the Big Apple for a UN meeting, and was snapped in the stunning sheer red Sukeina midi dress from the brand’s spring 2022 collection while going out to dinner with her mother, Baria Alamuddin. Polished perfection springs to mind when describing Amal’s look; and we don’t think anyone would disagree!
Mrs Clooney accessorized her sharp look with a black box clutch, Gianvito Rossi heels, and dazzling drop earrings from W. Salamoon & Sons. The British-Lebanese barrister wore her hair in a sleek, shiny, voluminous down do (seriously, has Amal *ever* had a bad hair day? A rhetorical question, of course!) and expertly matched the shade of her lipstick to the shade of her dress. She looked impeccable, and proved that it is entirely possible to wear a sheer garment and still exude class and elegance!
George and Amal have been in the spotlight for other reasons over the past few days, as it was recently reported that they were one of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's A-list guests who admitted that they didn’t even know the couple at the time of the royal wedding. They have since become close friends, even vacationing together in Italy; but we enjoyed hearing about the story, mainly because it meant we got to revisit Amal's head-turning yellow Stella McCartney dress which she wore to the wedding. We will never get tired of looking at it!
