Amal Clooney Wows In Monochrome Ensemble In Venice
On Tuesday, August 29th, just two days before she was honored with the DVF Leadership Award at the annual ceremony, the human rights lawyer was papped in Venice with her husband, George Clooney looking every inch the Hollywood movie star. The married couple couldn’t have looked any more in love in the pap pictures, but the mom-of-two very clearly stole the show with her chic, monochrome ensemble.
The Lebanese-British barrister is used to wearing highly sophisticated outfits, but that doesn’t mean that she doesn’t enjoy flashing her insanely long and enviable pins in mini skirts and mini dresses too – and because she is Amal Clooney, she still manages to make even the smallest skirt with the tiniest hemline look mega-chic! How does she do it?!
Amal wore a black and white sleeveless shift dress with a playful floral pattern, which she teamed with a black 16Arlington 'Kikka' leather handbag and matching black Roger Vivier 'Viv in the City' slingback heels for a fully monochromatic sartorial affair. Her long brunette hair was worn in a side-parted voluminous wavy down do, and she finished off her look with some oversized super-glamorous sunglasses.
The Ticket to Paradise actor, 62, worked as Amal's accessory too, as he complemented her ensemble with his own laid-back yet polished look, which consisted of a pale blue pair of trousers and a darker blue T-shirt, alongside blue tinted sunglasses and nude-colored loafers. Talk about a power couple!
