If there’s two things that everyone’s talking about these days, it’s the return of ultra-mini dresses on the red carpet and Amanda Seyfried‘s stellar performance in The Dropout on Hulu. The Oscar nominee, 36, donned a rich green custom Dior dress to a showing of the critically-acclaimed show’s finale in Los Angeles last week, and we couldn’t take our eyes off her simple, exquisite and subtly sexy ensemble!

Seyfried’s vibrant, emerald frock was custom-designed and inspired by a similar white version from Christian Dior’s Spring 2022 Collection. From its thigh-skimming hemline to its v-neck to its overall flattering T-shirt-esque shape, the dress helped highlight Seyfried’s toned and slim figure. Her get-up to the event highlighted her long legs with the help of black Prada Maxi Velvet Platform Sandals, and the Mamma Mia! icon accessorized her look with delicate stud earrings and several shiny rings.

The Mean Girls alum shared her evening wear and red carpet snaps with her 5.3 million followers on Instagram, seen in her post standing beside Dropout show creator Elizabeth Meriweather and co-star Naveen Andrews among others on her team. “We got to celebrate together in-person again for a finale screening in LA,” Seyfried wrote in her caption. “The DROPOUT experience has been unique and thrilling and it’s mostly because of the people in this photo with me.”

On the drama miniseries, Seyfried portrays Elizabeth Holmes, the former biotechnology entrepreneur convicted of criminal fraud and continues to garner rave reviews for her performance. While we too would love to chime in (yes, she’s that good in it!) we also have to give it up for her continually stylish red carpet choices—I mean—just look at this tasteful, easily-recreatable look for spring thanks to the chic dress and towering sandals. While we certainly can’t get that finale of The Dropout out of our minds, this look from Seyfried is something we’ll be thinking about for a long time, too.
