Amazon recently caused an uproar among Prime Members when the company announced they would be implementing a delivery fee on grocery orders. Now, though, it seems they’re seeking redemption by offering members one free year of Grubhub Plus. This is the second summer in a row that Amazon has made this offer to Prime users.
Amazon offers Prime members Grubhub Plus
All Amazon Prime members are able to take advantage of a Grubhub Plus membership on top of all their other perks. A Grubhub Plus membership typically costs $10 a month, which means users can save $100 by taking advantage of the deal.
But what does Grubhub Plus get you, anyway? As it turns out, it's a pretty good deal: Members are able to avoid delivery fees when they make orders of $12 or more (that's a pretty good deal, especially considering all of the fees and surcharges that companies have been implementing lately), and they'll even receive special discounts and free food in certain instances.
If you haven't already reaped the benefits of this deal from Amazon Prime, now's a good time to jump on board! Users have until July 5 to get two years of free Grubhub Plus. If you miss that deadline, don't sweat it; you can still get a free year of the service if you sign up on or after July 6.
To get your free Grubhub Plus membership, simply visit amazon.com/grubhub. From there, choose "Activate Grubhub+ and save." If you don't have a Grubhub account already, you'll have to create one. Otherwise, you can sign in, agree to terms and conditions, and you're all set to make your first free delivery!
You'll be able to cancel your membership at any time.
Happy eating!
