Disick, who is reportedly none-too-pleased about news that ex Kourtney Kardashian is now engaged to Travis Barker (have you seen these pics?!), also recently split from the 20-year-old beauty. Based off how flawless she looks in her most recent Instagram–donning a purple lace lingerie set–he must be really feeling the feels.
Hamlin took to the platform on October 6th to share a gallery of sultry selfies. The working model was recovering from dual fashion weeks in Italy and London, where she showed off a dramatic transformation like we’ve never seen before.
