This post has been updated since it was originally published to include recent facts.

Amy Robach, 49, has a lot more time to reflect on her affair with Good Morning America co-host T.J. Holmes now that it’s been confirmed that neither she nor Holmes, 45, will return to GMA3 after their affair was exposed back in November 2022.

Three sources allegedly dished to Entertainment Tonight (ET) that while exit agreements “have not been signed on the dotted line,” as the outlet notes, Holmes will not return to ABC, but Robach’s future at the network is still “unclear.” One source reportedly said that it’s “unlikely Robach will stay at ABC,” while another says her exit agreement is still being figured out.

“No one wanted it to come to this, but derogatory information just kept coming up. Once the investigation went several weeks, most people knew that this would be the outcome,” one source supposedly told ET. “T.J. will get a payout. Ties are severed.” They added, “T.J.’s issues got all the headlines but Amy is no angel.”

Another source stressed that Robach has always taken her work and job very seriously and professionally. Regarding one report that suggested Robach had “liquor in her office” and drank while on the clock, the insider explained, “It’s common to have drinks while on assignment, and or be gifted items that are more adult in nature from various entities. But the idea she was drinking on the job and showing up to work intoxicated is absurd. If that was the case, her behavior would’ve shown through several years ago. It’s a shock to hear all the allegations being leveled at Amy, when all she is really at fault for is falling for her colleague.”

Robach Was Reportedly ‘Blindsided’ By Holmes’ ‘Past Office Romances’ After Losing Her ‘GMA3’ Gig

According to reports, Robach was left “blindsided” when she learned of the extent of Holmes’ past romances with “several women” at ABC, including 24-year-old script coordinator, Jasmin Pettaway, back in 2015.

A source told the US Sun that Robach feels like “collateral damage,” while insisting, “She had no idea the scope of T.J.’s alleged past office romances.” “She certainly did not foresee that their relationship was going to cause major upheaval — outside of her own marriage,” the source added, in reference to her 12-year marriage with Melrose Place alum Andrew Shue.

Interestingly, a separate source told Page Six that this isn’t really the case, as Holmes was allegedly “up front” with her regarding past relationships.

T.J. Holmes Allegedly Had Multiple Affairs At ABC

According to a previous report by Page Six, multiple sources confirmed that the GMA3 host – who has been married to 45-year-old attorney Marilee Fiebig since 2010 – also had a three-year affair with married Good Morning America producer Natasha Singh from 2016 to 2019.

ABC Producer Natasha Singh

Their affair reportedly started off as a long-distance thing when Holmes was based in New York and Singh was in Los Angeles, with Page Six's source saying the affair started when Holmes was a GMA correspondent, and they would "meet up for romps during his travels." Things got really serious, allegedly, in 2018 when Singh moved to New York and worked as a producer for CBS Mornings. "She fell in love with him. He had a key to her apartment," another insider told the pub.

The pair even reportedly confided in Robach, Singh's friend at the time, who helped keep their secret! The plot sure does thicken! "Amy was the person they went to talk to about their affair and marriages," a source told Page Six, although another source somewhat disputed this, saying, "She didn’t know about the affair until it was in its final stages. They told her about it right at the end."

Other ABC Staffers

More sources have since revealed that Singh wasn’t the only woman that Holmes had cheated on his wife with, as he reportedly had an affair with at least one other ABC staffer! And that, according to reports, is one of the many reasons why he and Robach were pulled off air and temporarily replaced with other presenters after their affair was exposed, despite ABC News President Kim Godwin initially telling other employees that his and Robach's affair wasn’t actually a "violation of company policy," even though it was undeniably "an internal and external distraction."

"T.J.’s cheating with ABC staffers was definitely one of the reasons why they were yanked off," an insider told Page Six. "It has become a distraction." Another insider added: "The affair was initially determined to be a personal matter, and they did not violate company policy. After more developments, the conversations went into a different direction on Monday."

Wife Marilee Fiebig Was Blindsided

When the PDA pictures of T.J. and Amy first came out, insiders reportedly said that his wife was "blindsided." And even though they had split in August earlier this year, she believed that they were on track to get back together, hence why they were both still wearing their wedding rings. T.J. had removed his on the first show he was on after his and Amy's affair was exposed.

Fiebig reportedly found out about Holmes' affair with Singh in 2019 after discovering several emails between the two of them, but the pair still stayed together and tried to work through it. She reportedly never suspected that something would happen with Robach, as she was still so "focused" on Singh. Not to mention the fact that she and Robach were friends! "Marilee never considered Amy because she was focused on Natasha," an insider told Page Six. "She never thought about him cheating with Amy because they were friends. Amy’s daughter was their daughter’s baby-sitter."
