Ana De Armas’ Fans React To Her ‘Unflattering’ Cape Dress At Fashion Week: ‘Adds 40 Pounds To Her Look’

No one can deny that Ana De Armas is one of the most beautiful women in Hollywood, and has regularly blown fans away with her impeccable style on the red carpet.
However, some of her fans think that she had an uncharacteristic red carpet fail during her appearance at the Louis Vuitton Fall/Winter 2025 show on March 10th during Paris Fashion Week, as they deemed her outfit extremely “unflattering.” Yikes!

The 36-year-old Louis Vuitton ambassador attended the show in a look from the Spring/Summer 2025 collection: a two-piece set consisting of a sheer black lace sequined slip dress with a billowy cape draped on top.
The Ballerina actress accessorized with a black Louis Vuitton LV Biker MM bag and elegant black pointed toe heels, and wore her brunette locks in a center-parted straight down do. Her makeup was minimal yet glowing, leaving the outfit to command all of the attention!

And the outfit did indeed garner a lot of attention online – much of it quite negative! "Something about the silhouette, it adds 40lbs to Ana," criticized one fan on a Reddit thread.
"The shoulders look like a quarterback," quipped a second, as a third said: "When something makes a celeb look unflattering, yikes! It must be bad."
"Ana's outfit isn't working for me," thought a fourth fan, while a fifth wrote: "I hate that outfit on Ana, it's drowning her." A sixth added: "Maybe if Ana de Armas wore just the dress OR the jacket thingy, but both is kinda giving 'old lady,' unfortunately. I think it's the prominent mismatched patterns plus the baggy silhouette."
