The Academy Award–winning actress and fashion icon, 49, has become the face of the brand’s Runway Lip Color, elegantly wearing the 16 Scarlet Rouge shade.
Shortly after Tom Ford shared an image of Jolie modeling the product on Instagram, fans flooded the comments with praise for her timeless beauty and her ability to flawlessly embody the striking, vintage Hollywood glamor of the new lip color. Beneath Tom Ford Beauty’s August 23rd IG post, one fan wrote: “The most beautiful woman alive. Always has been always will be.” Another noted: “Angie is iconic! Tom Ford is iconic! In a shared post for Tom Ford Beauty's 1.5 million followers and Tom Ford's 12 million, the brand wrote: "Always iconic. Introducing Angelina Jolie for the new TOM FORD Runway Lip Color in a campaign that brings together two icons." The label described the Eternals alum to be "an inveterate trailblazer." Tom Ford also wrote that "Jolie drives her personal narrative with strength, confidence and an uncompromising commitment to self-expression."
To complete her look for the shot, Jolie also sported black winged liner, voluminous lashes and rosy blush on her high cheekbones. The mom of six wore her 'bronde' highlighted tresses down and styled into a sleek blowout. Naturally, fans couldn't get enough. "The most beautiful woman in the world!" someone else commented as an additional user replied: "Couldn't have chosen anyone better!"
This all comes as Jolie just stepped out in style on August 27th, arriving in Italy ahead of the 81st Venice International Film Festival. The Lara Croft actress exuded elegance in a light beige trench coat by Christian Dior, featuring short folded sleeves and black buttons. Beneath this, she donned a white tank and a silky black maxi skirt. Jolie completed her effortless ensemble with black leather knee-high heeled boots from Celine, distinguished by a twisty strap adorned with a golden buckle.
Her accessories were minimal yet classic, consisting only of black shades and shiny, dainty and small silver hoop earrings. Jolie's appearance coincides with the promotion of her forthcoming film, Maria, a biographical drama where she portrays opera singer Maria Callas (photo from her filming on the set of it above). The film is set to debut at the Venice festival on August 29th.
