Angelina Jolie cut a super-stylish figure when she attended the premiere of her new movie, Without Blood, during the Toronto International Film Festival on Sunday, September 8th.

The 49-year-old Oscar-winning actress attended the awards with her 20-year-old son Pax, whose forehead displayed visible scars and scratches following his e-bike accident last month. Pax still managed to look dapper on the red carpet alongside his mom, and wore a smart black suit with a white shirt and black tie, while also wearing one arm in a cast and rocking some dark sunglasses.

Styled by Rebecca Corbin-Murray, who has styled the likes of Priyanka Chopra, Salma Hayek, and Florence Pugh, the Tony-winning director wore a chic floor-length black gown by Dolce and Gabbana when she walked the red carpet.

The Maleficent actress accessorized her stunning black gown with some matching black opera gloves and wore her blonde locks (which have actually divided her fans) in a straight, middle-parted down do. Her makeup consisted of a flawless base, black lined eyes, and a natural peachy lip.

Angelina Jolie Receives TIFF Tribute Award In Impact Media

It was an extra-special night for the Maria actress, as she was also honored with the TIFF Tribute Award In Impact Media. As per Deadline, the award "recognizes leadership in creating a union between social impact and cinema."

While accepting her award from good friend Salma Hayek, this time in a dreamy white floaty dress, the mom-of-six and longtime human rights activist said: "The challenge of making film you hope can make an impact, is that you look back and wonder if it did. As a director, I have been drawn to films about war. I have wanted to understand how people can be driven to commit such acts of violence and cruelty against their fellow human beings. I wanted to believe that stories that allow us to understand our shared humanity, might make these horrors less likely."

"When I am asked how I feel about the state of the world today, I admit I feel sick," Jolie continued. "After pushing for basic human rights for all people, only to see the reality worsen for so many, I feel a part of the failure of the system. In a world full of broken commitments, it seems power and control and business mean more than protecting the already fragile fabric of human rights."

The Eternals actress went on to say: "I've had the privilege of working and collaborating with artists from across the world. We have no certainty of success, but no option other than to be human, and keep creating. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of this creative community for all of these years."
