Angelina Jolie has been walking the red carpet with her children on several occasions this year – but she proved that she can also do a fine job of doing it alone thanks to her latest appearance at the Torino Film Festival.
The Oscar-winning actress (who is rumored to be in the running for her second Academy Award following her stellar performance as Maria Callas in the Maria biopic) looked effortlessly chic in a timeless ensemble, as she attended the festival to promote Without Blood. Jolie wrote and directed the anti-war drama, which stars her good friend Salma Hayek.

The 49-year-old Eternals actress wore a chic black midi pencil skirt with a subtle slip at the back, teamed with a timeless black v-neck sweater.
She accessorized with a light camel colored coat (something she has rocked on several occasions over the years!) draped elegantly over her shoulders, and some black en-vogue ballet flats.
Her light locks were worn in a sleek, center-parted, long down do, and her makeup was minimal and glowing, finished off with light pink lipstick. Her jewelry was kept to a minimum, and she simply added a gold bracelet to finish off her look.
Brad Pitt Reportedly Believes Angelina Jolie Brought Their 16-Year-Old Son To The Red Carpet To 'Push His Buttons'
According to reports, Brad Pitt believes that his ex-wife was "using" their 16-year-old son Knox to push his buttons when she took him to the Governors Awards as her plus one last month. It was the teenager's first red carpet appearance in three years, as he reportedly isn't a huge fan of the spotlight.
An insider told Page Six that the 60-year-old Bullet Train actor thought Jolie brought Knox along "to push [his] buttons," following the latest update in their ongoing Château Miraval lawsuit. It was recently decided that the feuding exes will be facing each other in court next year, which Pitt believes Jolie is unhappy about, hence bringing their son out onto the red carpet.
"Brad finds it a bit coincidental that a judge signed off on the Miraval trial just days before Knox joined Angelina at the Governors Awards," the insider said, adding: "So he really questions her motive for bringing Knox."
"She is trying to get under his skin after his recent win and using Knox to do so is odd. Knox wants nothing to do with Hollywood and has no communication with Brad," another insider told the Daily Mail.
They also added: "Brad only gets to see his children when they walk on the carpet with their mom and the timing of this could not be any more suspicious considering it was just decided that he and Angie are headed to trial."
An additional source weighed in, and told Page Six that Knox was actually the one who asked to attend the red carpet event with his mom, saying: "He typically prefers to stay out of the spotlight and Angelina respects that decision, but he asked if he could join her, and of course she was thrilled that he wanted to be there. Angelina felt so proud having Knox by her side."
