Angelina Jolie has consistently amazed her fans with her youthful and radiant skin for many years, earning her frequent admiration as “ageless.” Dr. Jonny Betteridge, a specialist in aesthetics, suggests in a detailed Instagram video that the Oscar winner, 49, may have had facial and neck rejuvenation procedures.
He supports his theory by sharing clips of Jolie at the red carpet event for the Broadway premiere of The Outsiders. “I couldn’t help but think… how does she still look the same as she did 10 years ago?” Betteridge said in the clip.

He also noted that the Girl, Interrupted actress has "one of the most symmetrical faces, and overall her features are well balanced and in proportion with prominent cheekbone definition, a straight elevated nose, full and shapely lips, a sloping jawline, and projected chin 13 years later."
Betteridge explained that the mom of six "still maintains these facial characteristics with no obvious signs of aging." This, he added, "is where a deep plane face and neck lift might come into play." He compared a photo of the Eternals alum from 2014 to one from 2024 and added: "you can see evident signs of surgical intervention."
The doctor used black arrows to show where "there's been loss of ear cartilage and the shape of the tragus has changed." The "work" here, he went on, "has been done to perfection." The expert also shared: "I don't think she could look any better."
Though Jolie has not yet responded to these remarks, this isn't the first occasion that a plastic surgeon has offered their opinion on her evolution over time (or how consistent her appearance has remained, to be more precise).
Dr. David Shokrian, a leading cosmetic plastic surgeon based in New York City, recently sat down with The Daily Mail and shared his thoughts on Jolie's potential procedures.
These included "a facelift, eyelid rejuvenation, forehead lift, lip lift, and volume restoration with non-invasive injectables."
The doctor concluded: "These enhancements have kept her looking timeless and elegant."
