Angelina Jolie Plans To Make New Friends

Recently, Jolie has been spotted at award shows speaking with other high profile Hollywood women, like Demi Moore, Kate Winslet, Salma Hayek, and Nicole Kidman. Speaking to DailyMail.com, an insider dished on the topic.

"Angelina knows what she is doing, it's on purpose. She is reaching out in the Hollywood community to make new friends. And she loves it! She likes making new female friends, and she has tremendous respect for her famous pals. It's a good thing."

Angelina Jolie Reflects On Her Social Life

Jolie has spoken on the topic of her social life since her divorce a number of times. In an interview with Marie Claire, she shared that she only has "a few girlfriends," and that she doesn't get out much since the divorce.

"I just...I stay home a lot," she said. "I'm just not very social. I don't do a lot with [my girlfriends], and I'm very homebound." In the same interview, she admitted that she doesn't "really have a social life," and according to some insider sources who spoke to Ok! magazine, Jolie blames Pitt for this.
