Angelina Jolie is hard at work on her Atelier Jolie fashion venture, which she is working on alongside French fashion label Chloé and its creative director Gabriela Hearst – so there’s no better way to promote it than appearing on the one and only front cover of the fashion bible!

The 48-year-old seriously stylish Oscar-winner looked phenomenal on the Vogue November issue front cover, which was photographed by Annie Leibovitz, striking a fierce pose in a pink and white Atelier Jolie dress. (Check it out here.) The pink and white graffiti-inspired dress featured a strapless corset bodice and a feminine, pleated skirt, and according to Vogue, incorporated deadstock materials.

Angelina Jolie Tells ‘Vogue’ Her ‘Entire Life Changed’ When She Became A Mom

The Maleficent star spoke about a number of topics in her accompanying interview, but it was her comments about motherhood that stood out the most. Jolie reflected on adopting son Maddox when she was 26 years old, and told the mag that becoming a mom at that moment actually “saved” her. “I was 26 when I became a mother. My entire life changed,” Jolie confessed, adding, “Having children saved me – and taught me to be in this world differently.”

But it isn’t just her past self who was saved by having children, as the mom-of-six confessed that they have been helping her now more than ever, as she hasn’t been feeling herself since ending things with Brad Pitt. “I think, recently, I would’ve gone under in a much darker way had I not wanted to live for them,” the Eternals actress candidly said. “They’re better than me, because you want your children to be. Of course, I’m the mother, and hopefully that safe place for them and that stability. But I’m also the one that they laugh at – and I see them taking over so many different aspects of our family.”

The Girl, Interrupted actress admitted that she has felt “a bit down these days,” adding, “I don’t feel like I’ve been myself for a decade, in a way, which I don’t want to get into.” She added: “We had a lot of healing to do. We’re still finding our footing.” Now we know why good friend Salma Hayek is on a mission to play matchmaker and set her up with someone!
