Ingredients and Instructions

All you need: Turmeric powder, cinnamon powder, ginger powder, and a pinch of black pepper (fyi: taking turmeric with black pepper increases absorption of the turmeric benefits by “20 times”).

Now you want to mix all those ingredients in a tiny bowl until blended well.

In a pot, add two cups of milk and warm that up on medium heat. You can also use plant-based milk.

Just before it boils, lower the heat and add the powder mixture and cook on low heat for approximately five minutes.

Once it's heated and the milk has turned golden yellow, pour it into a cup along with 1 teaspoon of honey for some natural sweetness.
