You’re not the only one feeling a little bit bloated after Thanksgiving. The turkey was way too filling and all of those sides? My goodness. From mashed potatoes and gravy to Mac & Cheese and apple pie, it’s typical to feel like you might have eaten too much on Thanksgiving.

Cranberries are antioxidant rich and anti-inflammatory. You can't go wrong if you're considering snacking on cranberries. These fruits aren't always consumed on a regular basis, in fact, the only time people usually eat cranberries is around Thanksgiving! Cranberries contain a high volume of vitamin C and also boost your immune system!

Leafy Greens

Leafy greens are great inflammation fighters. Whether it's spinach, lettuce, collard, or kale, they're rich in vitamins that help reduce inflammation. If you're feeling bloated after the holidays, grab a large salad and treat your body to some leafy greens!

Pumpkin Seeds

More great inflammation fighters are pumpkin seeds! Do you still have pumpkins left over from Halloween and you don't know what to do with them? Crack them open and snack on the seeds!
