Turmeric

Turmeric is often regarded as a miracle spice and a long-time treatment in Indian ayurvedic medicine. According to Livestrong, "curcumin, an antioxidant in turmeric, suppresses inflammatory messaging in many cells, including pancreatic, fat and muscle cells." You can take a turmeric supplement every day, or you can also add some tumeric powder to your tea and your favorite soup to reap its fat-burning benefits.

Green Tea Extract

If you don't like the taste of green tea itself, this supplement might be right for you. Green tea extract is rich in antioxidants, a substance that protects the body from free radicals that cause disease. According to HealthLine, "Green tea extract can aid weight loss by increasing the number of calories your body burns through thermogenesis." Sounds good to us!

Krill Oil

Krill oil, similar to fish oil, works to blast belly fat by providing omega-3 fatty acids. It can improve fat metabolism due to its positive effect on L-carnitine turnover in the body. "A higher turnover of L-carnitine that is aided by krill oil will lead to a more efficient fat burning system," according to Hellenia.

Apple Cider Vinegar

"Acetic acid, one of the major components of apple cider vinegar, may help with weight loss because it may suppress fat accumulation," says Becky Bell, MS, RD for Livestrong. "Consuming a daily dose of vinegar led to a lower body weight, waist circumference and abdominal fat mass." If you can't stomach the sour taste of vinegar, you can also find apple cider vinegar as a tablet.
