Awards season may be coming to a close, but that doesn’t mean that the scorching red carpet appearances are slowing down. Au contraire, the A-listers are now dedicating all their time and effort to traditional red carpets, which is exactly what happened with current British Vogue cover star Anya Taylor-Joy!
Following on from her sheer black Christian Dior dress that she wore to the Vanity Fair Oscars after-party on Sunday, March 27th, the 25-year-old Queen’s Gambit actress once again blew us all away when she walked the red carpet for a special screening of The Northman in London’s Leicester Square on Tuesday, April 5th; and special was an understatement when it came to her super-racy outfit!
The Last Night in Soho star made jaws drop in a long-sleeved embellished super-mini dress from the Christian Dior Spring 2019 Haute Couture collection, showing off her extremely long, toned, seemingly endless pins that we think could rival the likes of Heidi Klum's and Carrie Underwood's. As stunning as the dress was, it's clear that the look was all about the legs!
Supermodel-rivaling legs aside, the Emma actress's styling was impeccable as always, including the nude heels – which we think were the perfect choice so as not to distract from the intricate detailing in the dress, which is essentially a work of art – and her long, blonde locks that were effortlessly tumbling down. Makeup wise, Anya's eyes were dark and smoky enough to make a statement, without being too overpowering, and the same goes for the perfect shade of dark pink lipstick too. And the delicate sparkly drop earrings didn’t go unnoticed either, as they complemented the glitz and glamour of the dress wonderfully!
