Some apps are better battery killers than others — and that’s no compliment! If you’re noticing your phone’s battery is draining fast, the culprit may not be your phone battery. It may simply be that you are spending lots of time on certain apps that are notorious for sapping up battery. This is the one app you should delete ASAP because it makes you lose battery so fast.

It’s true — Facebook is one of the worst apps for draining your battery. The app is constantly streaming videos, while updating to accommodate hundreds of posts and images. If you have zero intention of deleting the Facebook app, something that will automatically gain you back plenty of battery power, the next best thing would be to make adjustments to some of your Facebook settings.

You can turn off Location Services and Background App Refresh for the Facebook app, or choose to only have locations enabled when you are using the app.
