Ariana Grande has made it clear that she still isn’t using Botox, even though she humorously suggested that cosmetic treatments were behind her youthful look. The Wicked star, 31, spoke with Entertainment Tonight on the red carpet after receiving the rising star award at the Palm Springs Film Festival last week.

The Grammy winner and style icon (who is no stranger to plastic surgery rumors) said: “I’m still clean! I’m still clean!” The R.E.M. beauty mogul went on: “I really want to be transparent as a beauty founder.” Grande explained that she is four years “clean” from Botox treatments and fillers.

Ariana Grande Opens Up About Being '4 Years Clean' From Botox and Fillers

The "Yes, And?" singer quipped that she would inform her fans if she decided to use injectables again. On the carpet, Grande said to the publication: "“When I start going again, I’ll let you know!" She stressed: "I mean it."

Despite removing Botox from her beauty regimen, the "We Can't Be Friends (Wait For Your Love)" artist shared her admiration for the popular cosmetic procedure in Hollywood. Grande noted: "But I love it, and I support it, but I am still four years clean. You see the lines? I love them!"

The "7 Rings" hitmaker previously told fans why she stopped using Botox and lip fillers in a Vogue "Beauty Secrets" video from September 2023.

While unveiling her beauty routine and steps, Grande said: "Full transparency, as a beauty person, as I do my lips, [I’ve] had a ton of lip filler over the years and Botox." The Victorious alum went on: "I stopped in 2018 because I just felt so … [it was] too much. I just felt like hiding, you know."

Ariana Grande Vehemently Denies Plastic Surgery Rumors And Speculation

Last September, Grande firmly dismissed ongoing plastic surgery speculations and rumors. The pop star strongly refuted claims of having undergone a nose job and breast augmentation while taking a lie detector test for Vanity Fair alongside her Wicked co-star Cynthia Erivo.

When questioned about undergoing a facelift, Grande replied: "No, not yet. I’m open." Erivo, 38, also notably asked whether Grande had undergone a fox eye lift, a cosmetic procedure that subtly elevates the outer corners of the eyes.

The "Into You" musician replied: "No, but I discovered it through people who thought I did and I said, ‘Thank you.'" Grande said she also never got a chin implant, but then shared more about some of the work she has had done.

"I’ve had fillers in various places and Botox, but I stopped like four years ago, and that is the extent. But (I’m) also like in full support of all people who do these things, work, whatever makes women, men, non-gender conforming people feel beautiful should be allowed. Why do we care?"
