This clip has reignited concerns among the Wicked star’s fans regarding her well–being, especially after previous discussions about her apparent weight loss and overall health.

In this video, fans are now commenting on the Grammy winner’s makeup-free, natural complexion, which they believe appears unhealthy. Fans flocked to the comment section under Vogue‘s Instagram repost to share their opinions and reactions.

Ariana Grande’s Makeup Tutorial Highlights Her Real Skin Texture—Fans React To Her ‘Dry, Unhealthy’ Look

One commented that Grande’s skin looked “drained and washed out” as another added, “She looks really ill.” Someone else chimed in, writing, “She lost that glow she had!” An additional commenter said her complexion seemed “dry and unhealthy.” One other replied, “Why her skin looks sooo dry.”

Others, however, rushed to the “Positions” singer’s defense. “Why is she not allowed to be a real person?? We all have dry skin from time to time,” one wrote. Another concurred, noting, “It’s called skin texture y’all stop hating.”

This follows Grande's recent media attention during the promotional events for Wicked over the last several months. Many fans have observed and voiced their worries about her noticeable weight loss and its potential impact on her health. The Daily Mail also consulted medical professionals for their insights into the changes in the "POV" artist's health and physical appearance.

One photo taken in mid-December during a fan screening of the live-action musical (above), highlighted Grande’s ultra-slim frame, leading to speculation about her dramatic transformation.

Board-certified weight loss expert Dr. Sue Decotiis told The Daily Mail, "It looks like she lost too much weight. It also looks like her eyes are bulging, which is a sign of a lot of weight loss and could actually be a thyroid disease too."

Decotiis also noted his biggest concerns, saying, "My biggest concern for her would be losing bone density [which increases the risk of injuries]. This could be accompanied by having very low estrogen levels, not getting your period, fertility issues, and more."
