The “Positions” singer joins show veterans John Legend, Blake Shelton and Kelly Clarkson in the red chairs for season 21 of this insanely popular NBC competition series on September 20–and she’s starting the new gig off with a bang (or should we say–bang bang). Her outfit for the first appearance is off the charts!
The 28-year-old powerhouse took to Instagram last night to tease a clip of the “New Coach Video” that debuted today.
Wearing a princess neckline sparkly mini dress, Ari is seen sitting next to her fellow judges around a campfire.
“I’m of course dressed very appropriately,” Ariana joked on Instagram of her over-the-top sequin body-hugging outfit in such a casual, outdoor setting.

In the full “Voice Campout” promo, the “7 Rings” singer is seen perched on a “floating moon” (she has a moon tattoo!) in her glittering mini dress and sky-high platform heels. She then obliges her fellow judges to a powerful rendition of Olivia Newton-John’s “Hopelessly Devoted.” Chills!
Fans were quick to react on Twitter today. “Idk how after all these years i’m still shocked and amazed when I hear her BUT DAMN SHE KILLS IT EVERYTIME,” wrote one user.
The superstar herself is pretty excited, too.
“I adore these humans so much and am already an emotional wreck worrying about saying goodbye to everyone the day of the finale and nothings even happened or aired yet,” she gushed on Insta.
“This is going to be an amazing season,” Blake Shelton agrees in the “Campout” clip. With fashion choices like these, we couldn’t agree more!
