A source close to the film recently told the Daily Mail that they're confused why "everybody is so focused on this movie when Ariana clearly needs help."
"Ethan is concerned for her but feels helpless," the source added.
In a recent TikTok post, fans voiced their concerns, noting that Grande appears as though she might need support. While she’s naturally petite, before-and-after photos suggest a noticeable change in her appearance.

Dr. Dennis Schimpf, a South Carolina-based plastic surgeon, shared with the Daily Mail that he suspects Grande may be experiencing a protein deficiency linked to her vegan diet. This could cause muscles to waste away.
It's not just Ariana who is facing weight loss concerns; her co-star, Cynthia Erivo, who plays the witch in the movie, has also lost weight, according to fans.
"Everyone is concerned about her, but no one will ever say anything because everyone is scared of her. Cynthia has also lost weight, and no one is talking about it. It is the pink elephant in the room," wrote one user.
