1. Check In With Your Vendors

It's always a smart idea to call your vendors, such as your florist, photographer, videographer, and baker. While they're already confirmed for your wedding day, calling them can also calm your nerves. This is also a good time to ask any last-minute questions or go over any quick changes.

2. Finalize Guest Favors

Whether you're having someone else take care of your guest favors or you're DIYing them yoursef, you'll want to make sure they're ready to go a few days before your big day. This will help to get rid of some extra lingering stress, and it's definitely not something that you'll want to worry about at the last minute.

3. Pick Up You Dress & Veil

Following your last fitting, schedule a time to pick up your dress and veil at your wedding shop. They'll be sure to prep your dress so it's seamless and in perfect condition. It's also smart to try and keep your dress with your tailor for as long as you can so that you make sure it stays in tip-top shape.

4. Check In With Your Bridesmaids

If you don't already have a group text with your bridesmaids then 10 days before your wedding is a smart time to start one. This will make it so much easier to share any important information with them since it will all be in one place. Plus, you can always text quick reminders about wedding day costs and about the day's schedle in the group text too.

5. Get A Haircut

It's essential to keep up with your regular haircuts even if you're trying to grow your hair for your wedding. Getting regular trims will help to keep your hair healthy, and it will also help to better hold curly bridal hairstyles. Getting a trim about a week to two weeks before your big day will guarantee that your hair will look amazing.

6. Get A Facial

You can also schedule a facial on the same day as your hair appointment for a relaxed pampering day. It's smart not to book a facial too close to your wedding day in case you have sensitive skin. Facials are a great idea though to get glowing skin for your wedding day pictures. Treat yourself!

7. Take Extra Time Off From Work

Even the most organized brides seem to have last-minute tasks sneak up on them. If possible, try taking a few days off from work before your wedding so that you can run any errands that may need to do. This is also an easy way to make sure you get enough sleep and aren't so stressed right before the big day.

8. Call Your In-Laws

Brides should also take some time to talk to her soon-to-be in-laws and extended family before she gets married. Your new family members will appreciate the thought. It will also be one of your first steps of merging your two sides of the family together.

9. Visit The Reception Venue

Call your wedding venue's manager to see if you can schedule a quick visit to the reception location before your wedding day. If you can, this is a good time to get a last-minute glance at the venue layout, which is good for figuring out where you want to place your decor. Plus, this is also a good time to drop your decor and guest favors off at the venue so you can get that out of the way.

10. Pack For Your Honeymoon

You should also get your honeymoon packing done well before your wedding, or at least lay out the clothing and items that you plan to pack. Of course you'll need to add in toiletries later, but getting a head start on this will prevent you from rushing the day before your wedding.
