We know it’s getting warmer, but don’t put away your sweaters just yet. Style icon Bella Hadid was spotted leaving her apartment in New York City donning what we think is the perfect transitional piece between seasons— a cropped sweater. As one of the main proponents of the current Y2K revival, the supermodel, 25, is a fan of tiny garments (from barely-there tops to ultra-mini skirts), and rocked a color blocked designer sweater that we can’t stop thinking about.

Hadid was snapped on the street wearing the Heaven by Marc Jacobs item was she headed to a photoshoot. With three buttons and stripes reminiscent of patchwork, the trendy top also featured a hemline that ended just above Hadid’s chest. She paired a vintage white Jean Paul Gaultier top with intricate back detailing and timeless green cargo pants with it.

The model was also spotted in the same outfit later that evening while out and about with her mother Yolanda Hadid, 58 and boyfriend, art director Marc Kalman, 33. She kept her look supported by other Earth tones, with brown clogs, brown shades and then added a pop of color with a blue belt and a cute heart-shaped buckle. The stunner also added long, dangly earrings to amp up her minimal makeup look that enhanced her natural beauty.

If you think you’ve seen this vintage sweater before, you probably have! Earlier this year, Olivia Rodrigo celebrated her birthday on Instagram while flaunting this exact piece, and she too paired it with a white top underneath. The “driver’s license” singer, 19, added a thigh-skimming camo mini-skirt to her also very Y2K look.

Hadid also shared her look to her Instagram story and took pics of herself getting ready for the photoshoot. The ultra-short cardigan, skimpy white top and cargo pant look is one of our recent faves from her. We don’t know about you, but we want to trim our winter sweaters instantly!
