Jennifer Lopez just turned 53 years old on July 24, and it seems like no one else could be happier for her than husband Ben Affleck.
According to an article published by Page Six, the 49-year-old actor was spotted “getting teary-eyed during his new wife Jennifer Lopez’s 53rd birthday celebration in Paris over the weekend.” The outlet adds, “The pair were in the middle of a romantic dinner at the gourmet restaurant La Girafe, which is located on the Place du Trocadéro in front of the Eiffel Tower.”
In images obtained by Page Six, a very emotional Affleck was seen shedding what seems to be tears of joy while Lopez held him close to her chest. Shortly after, it appears that they were both in good spirits, sharing smiles and laughs.
Reports say that the couple went to Paris, France to celebrate not only Lopez’s birthday, but also their recent wedding. Following their *second* engagement in April 2022, The Good Will Hunting star and Selena actress got married on July 16 in an intimate wedding ceremony at A Little White Chapel in Las Vegas.

An insider reportedly told Page Six that amid their Vegas nuptials, the couple is also planning a multi-day wedding celebration and that “close friends and family, including Casey Affleck, Matt Damon, Jimmy Kimmel and Lopez’s Shades Of Blue co-star Drea de Matteo, will be attending the party, which is set to take place at Affleck’s 87-acre property in Riceboro, GA.”
