Affleck has left his home on the west coast to head across the country to film the new movie The Tender Bar, directed by George Clooney, so his new look may be attributed to his next role. However, Ben seems to rock a bushy beard seen in photos from the set of the new flick, so his clean shaven appearance is evidently a personal choice.

De Armas and Affleck decided to call it quits in January of this year after 10 months together, coming after the actress allegedly was not ready to settle in California as her full-time home. She recently took to social media, swiftly denying rumors that she and Affleck were back together with an Instagram story adorned with various “no” and “nope” images. However, the split was amicable and the pair seem to still be on good terms.
