Macaroni and cheese with chicken may sound like a heavy meal, but Samantha has found a way to make it weight loss-friendly.
“You can eat the entire meal for only 515 calories and 50 grams of protein,” she notes.
Here’s what she ordered:
-12-count grilled nugget (200 cals)
-Small macaroni (270 cals)
-2 sides of sweet heat pickles
-Texas Pete (0 cals)
-1 barbecue sauce (45 cals)
-Diet Coke
You can pour the BBQ sauce over the chicken and also some hot sauce if you prefer. Then, add the pickles and shake it up really well. After shaking, just add the macaroni to the chicken bowl and devour!
