Beetroot Juice

To make beetroot juice, combine 1 large beetroot with 1 apple and a small piece of ginger in a juicer or blender. Strain and serve chilled.

"Green juice, an amalgamation of green veggies like spinach, kale, and cucumber, is an excellent source of antioxidants and fiber, promoting gut health and aiding digestion. Additionally, the low-calorie content of these veggies helps in weight management," Pandit notes.
To make green juice, combine 1 cup of spinach, 1/2 cucumber, 2 stalks of celery, and 1 green apple in a blender or juicer. Pandit says you can "strain, if desired, and serve fresh. You can also add lemon juice for extra flavor and health benefits."
