How Does Beyoncé Maintain Her Incredible Figure?

The SirDavis whisky founder, 43, explained to the mag that she has completely overhauled her diet this summer in a bid to stay as fit and healthy as possible, which includes giving up *most* meat.

And diet is only the beginning, as Bey also confessed to being very strict with taking her supplements, and trying to exercise whenever she can. Recent social media pictures and the GQ editorial pictures certainly proved that wherever she's been doing has been working wonders!

Beyoncé Previously Raved About A Plant-Based Diet

The mom-of-three has been open about her diet on several occasions throughout the years, which is one of the many reasons her fans love her. Although she isn't vegan, she has spoken about experimenting with a plant-based diet in the past, while highlighting the many benefits…

"At first it's the little things I noticed," she told the New York Times back in 2015. "I had more energy," she continued, adding: "The benefits of a plant-based diet need to be known."

She also said: "[I had] a noticeable glow to my skin without having to deprive myself of carbs. I even slept better."
