Does absence make the heart grow fonder? Brad Pitt is sure hoping so, as he and girlfriend Ines de Ramon are temporarily in a long-distance relationship thanks to his current filming schedule!
According to reports, the 61-year-old Once Upon a Time in… Hollywood actor and the 32-year-old jewelry designer are currently trying to navigate their relationship while they are on different continents. He is filming his new survival thriller, Heart Of The Beast, in New Zealand, while she is at the home they share in Los Angeles. And there is apparently a 20-hour time difference between them!
Brad Pitt Is Working Hard To Keep The Spark Alive In His Relationship With Ines De Ramon While They Are So Far Apart
According to an insider who spoke to the Daily Mail, the Wolfs actor is doing "everything he can" to keep their romance alive while he is filming his new movie, which reportedly included paying for her to fly out and visit him in New Zealand.
"Brad is struggling to keep the love alive. He is doing everything he can to keep Ines happy," the insider dished, adding: "That means he is flying her to New Zealand to visit and showering her with special surprises and gifts."
The insider went on: "He is really in love with her and wants to keep the relationship as solid as can be."
The couple went public with their relationship in November 2022 following Pitt's dramatic divorce from Angelina Jolie, but they reportedly started seeing each other in the spring of that year. This means that they will soon be celebrating their third anniversary, which is something the Ad Astra actor is said to be very excited about!
"They are very much in love and happy to be in a healthy relationship," the same source added, before going on to throw subtle shade at ex-wives Angelina Jolie and Jennifer Aniston.
"Brad loves being with a woman who is not an actress because there is no competition at all, they have their own careers and there is zero jealousy." Zing!
Brad Pitt Reportedly Loves How Supportive Ines De Ramon Is Of His Career, As Well As How Independent She Is
Pitt is apparently a big fan of Ines' independence, which an insider touched on back in November. The insider told People at the time that Brad and Ines are in it for the "long haul," adding that she doesn't mind when he is away for long periods because of his work commitments because she values his career.
"She's fully supportive and knows how important this project is to him," the source said, in reference to the F1 movie he was filming at the time. We therefore imagine that she will be just as supportive about his latest movie too!
"Ines has a strong sense of independence and enjoys catching up with her LA friends. She's using this time to recharge," the source continued at the time, reiterating that the Babylon actor "likes her independence" and "she loves how driven he is. They value the balance they've found."
