2017 has definitely been the year of the brows. Bigger, bolder, more defined eyebrows are the biggest beauty trend of the year, and now people are doing some straight-up weird things with them. First there was the feathered brow, then squiggle brows, and now there's a new style to add to the list: braided brows.

Braided brows are the newest trend to hit the viral beauty scene this year, and we can't say we're fans of it. The style is exactly what it sounds like: putting your brows in a braid. But, the big question here is, how do they do it?
Well, the disappointing answer is that they actually don't braid them. The starter of this trend, 17-year-old MUA Eros Gomez, actually just photoshopped the braid onto his brows, and people widely followed. "I spent almost an hour using things like hair gel and spirit gum in an effort to braid my tiny brow hairs with no avail," he told Allure. "Once I realized it wasn’t going to work, I decided to just edit the braid on."
Well, we're happy that people (hopefully) aren't really braiding their brows. We're not going to lie, these brow trends are getting real old, real quick...
